Laura commenced ballet education in her native city of Cluj-Napoca where she eventually graduated at the ballet school „Octavian Stroia“ in 2002 and, also, achieved ballet pedagoue’s degree from the Faculty of Performing Arts (at the Music Academy„Gh. Dima”) in 2010.
Since 2005. she has been working at the ballet of the Croatian National Theatre Ivana pl. Zajca, Rijeka. As a soloist Laura has danced in almost all the shows, with slight preference for „Do you love Brahmsa“, „Marquezomania“ and „Circus primitive“ by Staša Zurovca „Three Songs“ by Matteo Levaggi, „The Miraculous Mandarin“ by Milko Šparemblek, „Pour homme et femme“ by Leo Mujić and Maša Kolar, „Rossini Cards“ by Mauro Bigonzetti, „ 4 Boleros“ by Maša Kolar and Andonis Foniadakis. Among Laura’s most notable roles were: Juliet in Staša Zurovac’ „Romeo & Juliete“, Chinese Princess in Leo Mujić’ „Scheherazade“ and Pimpinella in Giovani Di Palma’s „Pulcinella“.
Laura won the Audience Award „Olga Orlova“ for the best female ballet role of Pimpinella as well as for the roles in „4 Boleros“ by Kolar and Foniadakis, premiered in the season 2018/2019.
