Ticket sales have begun for programs through June 19th. The program brings you the long-awaited premiere of the ballet “Lace” choreographed by Maša Kolar. You will also find two symphony concerts: “Eroica,” conducted by maestro Slaven Kulenović, currently one of the leading conductors of Slovenia’s younger generation, and the “Imperial Concert” (“Carski koncert”), conducted by maestro Alessandro Cadario, chief guest conductor of one of the oldest Italian symphony orchestras, Pomeriggi Musicali, and the soloist will be a virtuoso pianist with an international career, Goran Filipec from Rijeka. You will also have the opportunity to watch a reprise of the Italian drama company’s monocomedy “Il bonsai ha i rami corti / The Bonsai Has Short Branches”, directed by Giuseppe Nicodemo, and the chamber musical “Yalta, Yalta Performed by the Surian Family,” directed by Mojca Horvat.
We look forward to your arrival at the Theatre and our de luxe auditorium. Next week we will open ticket sales for the rest of the June program, which will include the premiere of “Practicing Life – Second Time / Esercitazione alla vita – seconda volta”, directed by Marin Blažević, and a choir concert dedicated to Ivan Matetić Ronjgov.
We kindly ask the audience members who bought tickets to the performances of “Practicing Life – Second Time” that were not held due to anti-epidemic measures to visit the Theatre box office by June 15 to arrange replacement tickets.
