Gala koncert

The closing event of this year’s festival belongs to a grand open-air opera gala, whose programme is conceived around the symbolism of fire in operatic creation. From powerful overtures to virtuosic arias and ensembles imbued with passionate temperament, the Opera ensemble, chorus, and Rijeka Symphony Orchestra will demonstrate the full breadth of their artistic intensity.
With a selection of works by Mozart, Verdi, Wagner, Bizet, and Puccini, this evening at Trg Riječke rezolucije will offer a dramaturgically powerful and dynamic finale to the Rijeka Summer Nights Festival.
