The celebration of the seventieth anniversary of the Italian Company will culminate with the great Goldoni classic in the direction of Paolo Magelli. As a bridge between the east and the west, on the occasion of the opening of the Colosseum in Rome, Magelli directed Medea, played by the renowned Italian actress Valentina Banci. It is Valentina Banci who will play the mistress of the inn Mirandolina, in an inn that could be in the Balkans, but also anywhere else in the world, being a somewhat decadent place where stories of men and women, also somewhat decadent though with a great passion for life and love, meet and collide. The inn becomes a cultural and ideal bridge that connects Rome and Rijeka, the history of Italy and the history of the Kvarner, the Colosseum and the Ivan pl. Zajc Theatre in the continuity that for already seventy years has presented emotions to its public, the Italian national community of Croatia and Slovenia, to the citizens of Rijeka, Istria and Europe.
